A number of Coronavirus guidelines are being introduced by the SSE Airtricity League ahead of this weekend’s games, with our away fixture against Derry City on Friday and home game against Waterford FC on Monday in mind.
Rovers are taking a number of measurements that deal with all aspects of the matchday. This is very thorough and lengthy so we will publish only what we ask of supporters. Away from this a host of precautions and hygiene steps are being taken.
For fans we ask:
•Please be vigilant and avoid attending matches if you are feeling unwell or if you have been to an affected area.
•Please purchase match tickets online where possible. If paying entrance fee with cash, please try and have the exact amount.

•Try not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands as per HSE guidelines
A further update will follow soon.
The FAI will continue to hold daily meetings regarding the Covid-19 outbreak and its effect on Irish football.
Sligo Rovers encourage all our supporters to take note of the preventative measures around Covid-19 in relation to hand-washing. For more visit hse.ie.
We ask that fans do not visit The Showgrounds on non matchdays without invitation or prior communication.
