2018 Summer Camps Launched

Sligo Rovers are delighted to announce the details of the 2018 Summer Camps, which take place from July 2nd until August 31st. The popular camps are taking place for a total of nine weeks this summer, with each camp running from Monday to Friday inclusive.

Once again the camps are sponsored by The Sligo Champion, and our thanks to John and everyone at The Sligo Champion for their continued support and sponsorship of one of the most popular kid’s camp in the region.

The Summer Camps will commence at 10.30am each day and will run until 3pm. The cost of the 2018 Summer Camps is €60 per child, €100 for two children from the one family and €135 for three children from the one family.

Each child who participates in this year’s Summer Camps will receive the following:

  • Sligo Rovers official training top
  • Free match ticket to the next Sligo Rovers home game
  • Photograph with the Sligo Rovers players
  • Participation certificate

Following on from its unprecedented success in 2017, the optional Breakfast Club will also take place each morning from 8.30am until 10.30am. Booking of the Breakfast Club is essential as places are limited to 25 each week. Within the Breakfast Club, kids are fully supervised at all times and are provided with a selection of cereals, toast and juice each morning. Indoor and outdoor activities also take place with members of the Sligo Rovers first team also attending each morning. The cost of the Breakfast Club remains capped at €25 per child.

The summer camps are open to both boys and girls aged 5-15, with only vetted and experienced coaches being provided.

For more information on the summer camps and/or the breakfast club or to make a booking, you can contact Sandra or Shane at the club on 071-9171212.
