Chairman Martin Heraghty said: "Sligo Rovers plays a very important role in the lives of our supporters, volunteers and sponsors, and the Awards night presents an ideal opportunity for the Sligo Rovers family, along with their spouses/partners to come together in a relaxing social setting to reflect on the current season and to look forward to the 2018 season.

"A very popular element of last year’s function was the Awards to our U 17 and U 19 players, and they have excelled again in what has been an outstanding season for both teams. We are building a strong foundation for the future and it’s important to acknowledge the outstanding performance of our young players this season."

As with last year’s awards, Rovers will be asking supporters for their help in selecting Senior Player and Young Player of the Year

Tickets are available from committee members, The Showgrounds offices, priced €40
